Sammie joins our team with over 10 years in the non-profit world providing direct care to those in need. Her time in the Social Work/Mental Health field has instilled a desire to assist people in learning new ways to help themselves which can also relate to the businesses that we work with at ActionCoach XL Edge.
As our Business Development Coordinator, Sammie will help connect businesses with our Coaches, distribute ActionCOACH XL Edge information regarding Membership Events and GrowthCLUB, organize everyday business tasks, and much more.

Marketing Specialist
Kylee is our digital marketing specialist. She is scheduled to graduate from Briar Cliff University in the spring of 2024, majoring in Marketing and Business. She is a captain and 2x-All Conference player who can lead and inspire her peers.
Kylee intends to become a realtor and own real estate as she utilizes her marketing degree.
Kylee can set up your Google My Business page, increase your email metrics, or boost your social media presence. Kylee is our in-house specialist for all things digital marketing.

Tim has over 25 years of experience in professional sales, working with both startups and established corporations. He enjoys guiding clients through complex technology and finance decisions.
Tim recently joined ActionCOACH Excel Edge as Business Development Director to help business owners leverage proven systems and methodologies. Tim comes to Excel Edge uniquely qualified, also as a business owner for over 10 years understanding the challenges that a great team can excel through. His goal is to align business owners with Excel Edge coaches to achieve maximum results.
Tim says his satisfaction comes from helping business owners seeking continuous improvement and opportunities. He enjoys understanding the client's vision and goals, then reviewing how Excel Edge can help them achieve their desired destination.
